1、 Equipment introduction

The kitchen waste disposal intelligent integrated machine takes organic waste such as kitchen, kitchen waste and tail vegetables as raw materials, and can reduce waste by more than 90% through crushing, dehydration, oil extraction, fermentation and other technologies. The equipment includes human-computer interaction intelligence, automatic weighing and lifting, secondary sorting, pressing and dehydration, oil-water separation, spiral lifting, aerobic fermentation, oxygen supply, deodorization and other functions. The treated organic fertilizer can be used for planting plants, the sewage can be discharged after subsequent treatment, and the waste oil can be recycled as biomass fuel material.


2、 Workflow

1. First, the kitchen waste is poured into the equipment through the trash can tipper. During the feeding process, the tipper automatically weighs and records the data, which is imported into the control system for recording. The kitchen waste falls into the sorting platform to pick up the inorganic, metal, porcelain and other waste that has not been completely classified in the early stage. Then, it is uniformly crushed by the double shaft double roll shredder. The particle size after shredding is 10mm. The cutter teeth of the shredder are made of high-strength alloy, The particle size of the shredded food waste is uniform, the subsequent removal rate of small particle size slag is high, the reduction is large, the oil extraction rate is high, and the overall operation efficiency of the equipment is high.


3. The shredded slag automatically enters the screw press dehydrator, and the dehydration process of the screw press dehydrator is divided into two stages****** In the stage, the spiral auger is used for dehydration. The spiral auger is divided into three sections: transmission section, compression section and discharge section. The transmission section ensures that the materials enter the equipment smoothly. The pitch of the spiral blades in the dehydration section is reduced step by step, so that the transmission space is reduced step by step, forming a step-by-step increasing pressure on the materials, forcing the material volume to shrink and squeeze out water; In the second stage, the material blocking device is used for dehydration. When the material enters the discharge section of the spiral auger, the spiral auger will exert axial thrust on the material to push it out, and the material blocking device at the discharge port will exert a reverse force on the material to be pushed out, thus forming an extrusion force to dehydrate the material in the second stage.


4. The extruded liquid after extrusion dehydration is transmitted to the oil-water separator through the diaphragm pump, and the sewage is separated under the action of the vortex centrifugal sedimentation system. The deepening treatment module is equipped with a spinning oil guide system, a slag guide system, an upper separation system, and a lower separation system. The upper separation system and the spinning oil guide system work together to separate the grease in the sewage, the lower separation system and the slag guide system separate the sludge and fine slag in the sewage, and the spinning oil guide system, the upper separation system, the lower separation system, and the slag guide system together form a vortex centrifugal sedimentation system.


The proportion of oil, water and slag in the sewage is different. Under the action of centrifugation, the sludge and slag in the sewage gradually settle to the slag collecting well at the bottom of the sedimentation bin, and the grease gradually floats to the oil collecting bin. A spinning oil guide system is set near the oil drain of the oil collecting bin. The spinning oil guide system guides the grease in the oil collecting bin to the nearby oil drain. The spinning oil guide system can ensure that the grease in the oil collecting bin is not blocked when it is discharged; Under the action of the lower separation system and the slag guiding system, the sludge and fine slag in the sewage are precipitated into the slag collecting well at the conical bottom of the sedimentation bin. The slag guiding system is set near the slag discharge opening of the slag collecting well, and the slag guiding system can ensure that the sludge and fine slag in the slag collecting well are not blocked during discharge.


5. After dehydration and oil extraction, the kitchen waste residue is added into the fermentation bacteria and mixed evenly according to a certain proportion, so that the moisture content reaches 60-65% of the design requirements, and then enters the three-dimensional aerobic system. By adjusting the moisture, oxygen content and temperature changes of the raw materials, the materials are fully aerobic fermented and decomposed. The heat released in the decomposition process can increase the temperature of the sludge itself, and the high temperature can reach 80 ℃, The water in the kitchen waste is evaporated with the rise of temperature, and part of the organic matter is decomposed, so as to reduce the volume of the stack and reach the reduction treatment of waste. The organic fertilizer fermentation tank controls the temperature between 55~65 ℃ through ventilation, oxygenation, stirring and other functions to achieve the optimal temperature for material fermentation treatment. At this temperature, a large number of pathogenic bacteria and parasites in the stack can die. At the same time, the deodorization system is used to carry out biological odor on the discharged gas, so as to achieve the purpose of harmless resource treatment.


Equipment characteristics


1. Source reduction


Food waste accounts for about 80% of the total domestic waste, and the water content in food waste is as high as about 70%, which is perishable. At the same time, it avoids the collection, cleaning and transfer problems existing in the current incineration and landfill treatment methods, and the effect of source reduction of 90% can be achieved after the "bio harmless technology" is used for on-site treatment.


2. Eliminate source pollution

Control pollutants from the source to avoid environmental pollution caused by throwing, scattering, dripping and leakage during collection and transportation. This treatment method is closed, without odor, leachate discharge and pollution to the surrounding environment.


3. Turn waste into treasure

After oil-water separation, the oil is collected and made into biodiesel, and the solid waste residue after dry and wet separation is made into high-efficiency organic fertilizer through aerobic fermentation. Both of them have high economic value.


4. Big data function

By embedding cloud servers in the products, the project enables them to have online monitoring, big data, Internet of things and other functions, and provides support for government decision-making and management.


5. Low energy consumption

The whole machine adopts six energy-saving and consumption reducing designs: power optimization design, linear control, comprehensive insulation, high heating efficiency, heat recovery, unique energy-saving system, and reduced operating costs.


6. Low maintenance cost

The whole machine is composed of standard parts, modular components and equipment units, which is scientific and reasonable, "easy to scale production, easy to install, easy to disassemble, easy to use and easy to maintain".
